Headbanger Shipping Protection
Headbanger Shipping Protection is an optional paid service that provides additional order-resolution assistance if an eligible package is lost in transit, damaged in transit, or reported stolen after delivery.
Shipping Protection is calculated based on the items in your order. If your order contains multiple items, the system will calculate the applicable Shipping Protection amount after the cart or checkout page is refreshed.
Example: If you purchase two bats, the system will calculate Shipping Protection based on the eligible item value in your order.
Eligible approved cases may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another resolution determined by Headbanger Sports based on product availability and the details of the shipment. Headbanger Shipping Protection does not provide refunds to the original payment method.
Shipping Protection is not a manufacturer warranty, product warranty, or third-party insurance policy. It does not cover product defects, used items, normal wear, incorrect items ordered by the customer, or damage after the product has been used.
For stolen-package claims, Headbanger Sports may require carrier delivery confirmation, delivery photo/GPS verification, a signed customer statement, and/or a police report before approving a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Protection is optional. If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Headbanger Sports will still assist customers with tracking information and carrier claim guidance, but replacement or store credit for lost, stolen, or damaged packages may not be available unless otherwise required by law.
Headbanger Sports reserves the right to deny any Shipping Protection request that appears fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, unsupported by required documentation, or inconsistent with carrier tracking, GPS, or delivery-photo records.
